Kristen Anne Bell was born on July 18 in 1980."1" She is an American actor and singer. She began her acting career by performing in stage productions when she was attending the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, she made her Broadway stage debut as Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and was in the Broadway revival of The Crucible the following year. She then appeared in the action-thriller film Spartan (2004) and received high praise for her performance in the television drama film Gracie's Choice (2004).Her first major role was the title character on the drama for teens TV show Veronica Mars (2004-2007), receiving critical acclaim as well as an Saturn Award for Best Actress on Television for her performance. The part she played in the 2014 film was recast and she'll reprise the role in the 2019 revival. While in Veronica Mars, Bell starred in the role of Mary Lane in the musical film Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005) The film was reprising the role she had been in the New York musical of the similar name.Bell starred as Elle Bishop in the superhero drama series Heroes from 2007 until 2008. She was the voice of the narrator in the Teen Drama series Gossip Girl, reprising the character in the sequel 2021. Bell was also Showtime's female lead, Jeannie van den Hooven in House of Lies. Bell played Eleanor Shellstrop, the leading character on the critically acclaimed NBC comedy series The Good Place. She was nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
