Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson was an American actress. Beginning her professional career as a child actress and model Elson is probably best-known for her TV roles for the character Alice Tyler on the CBS science-fiction series . Andrea tried out for the lead role in ALF, the 1986 hit show. She was a finalist. After a long time of work on hit shows, she left the industry to start a family. When she reached 10 years old Andrea had been traveling to New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. While in San Diego Andrea got an agent and got the role she attempted to audition for. Fusco agreed with the notion by declaring, "ALF can drink beer because he is older than 285." When ALF started to become increasingly popular, NBC said that Fusco could no longer have ALF drinking alcohol before the children. It was considered a bad character model. Fusco, who believed ALF had the maturity to drive drunk, wasn't right. The year 1995 was the year he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was treated successfully and his cancer was in remission up until 2019. At the Lillian Booth Actors Home of Englewood in New Jersey on Friday 26th June 2019, he passed away of this illness at the age of 75.
